This cup will put a constant smile on your face, just like a joy ride. This coffee produces a very balanced cup with enough acidity to bring the cup alive but not so much to hit you over the head. Pour over and french press brews produce a very pleasant, lingering honey-like aftertaste. Recommended to keep the roast levels to light and medium to avoid destroying the many delicate notes this coffee has to offer.
