I have been roasting coffee for 15 years now. I started out on a tiny air roaster called the Fresh Roast. That machine was limited to 100g of green coffee at a time. Over the years I upgraded to larger and more sophisticated roasters in pursuit of perfecting the craft. I am now working with a Mill City 1kg roaster.
I am an engineer and roasting coffee allows the engineer in me come together with my craftsman side. Getting high praises from friends and family there came a point were I decided to take my hobby to the next level.
My main focus is on speciality coffee with an outstanding taste profile. I am not selling anything in my store that I am not drinking myself.
