Gaia (Sumatra Mandheling)
Very low acidity with dark earthy undertones it what gave this coffee its name.
Sumatran coffee is truly differentiated due to their unique wet-hulled processing. Water is used to remove cherry's red pulp and mucilage. The wet-hulled process gives Sumatra its signature intense earthy flavor of cedar , tobacco and rich chocolate. This coffee shows a heavy body and very low acidity.

This coffee comes from smallholders in the Karo Highlands. Quality of the coffee is assesed in Grades. G1 coffees are metiulously color sorted to eliminate defects.
